Angel policy for patterns

LiliPopo angel policy

1. I am happy for hand embroiderers to sell items that they have stitched from a lilipopo pattern that they have purchased but there are a few rules

2. There is no limit to hand stitched items made from lilipopo embroidery patterns sold for charity or for profit, so long as they abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy.

3. Handmade projects may be sold on Etsy or similar, at craft fairs or community fundraisers. When selling handmade items from lilipopo designs the seller must make it clear that the items are handmade or personally created by the seller and not a product of LiliPopo.

4. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of craft work for sale is strictly prohibited.

5. All LiliPopo images and artwork are copyrighted which means they cannot be copied without permission. Therefore, each crafted item created for sale must be personally made by the individual and may not be copied or reproduced in any way. This includes graphic, digital, electronic or photocopying. The photographs you use for advertising your product must be of the product itself and not from lilipopo photographs.

6. You may not use LiliPopo designs or images for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks
